This was our second time using Steve McGovern as an agent. First as a buying agent with our current house and this most recent time as a selling agent for our condo. Both experiences were great. Steve is a nice professional agent that knows his stuff and made the whole process smooth. He took care of all the intricacies up to and after an offer was accepted. We really appreciated the little things that not every agent would do like replacing a old smoke detector before the fire inspection or even adding his own touches to a couple areas to improve the showing appeal. He listed it for the right price and got more for the place than we thought we could get. He was a great guy to work with and would again should the need arise. We had no complaints with anything. We would gladly recommend Jack Conway Realtors and Steve McGovern to anybody looking in the area.
