My experience with Beth Van der Veer was excellent.  From my first meeting  I was at ease and comfortable with her friendly and professional manner.  My upstairs neighbor (a retired real estate agent) who sat in on my meeting with Beth agreed with my first impression.  I intended to meet with a few other agents for comparison but needed to go no further after meeting with Beth.  I immediately trusted her advice expertise common sense and recommendations. She really listened to me and knew what I needed in order to move forward with the sale.  I signed on with Beth and she quickly started work on photographing and listing my condo.My condo sold within 24 hours and Beth took it from there.  She went above and beyond to get all the paperwork in order to make everything stress free and easy for me.  It was absolutely a smooth transaction and I am very thankful that she was referred to me by a friend.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beth to anyone and she will certainly be the one I will turn to if I decide I want to make another move.I hope this is helpful and trust I have imparted how highly I think of Beth.  She is a first class professional.
