Chris was excellent throughout entire process. The buyer ran in to multiple issues but Chris stayed calm (more importantly kept us calm) and kept the sale on track. The closing attorney even said this one was a battle and I'm sure without Chris's efforts the deal could've collapsed. I have no issues recommending Chris to friends or using him again ourselves should the need arise.
