From the moment we met Beth she was warm and welcoming.  We found a house that we loved after many months of looking but it was more than we were willing to pay for a new home.  Beth made the owner aware of our interest and let us know when the now previous owner was willing to negotiate with us.  Although we never expected to end up buying this home we all came to an agreement and have been here for almost five months.  Beth was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and that all paperwork was in order.  We don't plan on moving again but if we do we'll ask Beth to represent us.  She was a pleasure to work with as was her staff.
