Very professional. This was a very stressful situation. David realized immediately my emotions as a senior were mixed and he was able to keep my calm and take me through every step. As a Real Estate Agent it is extremely important to the knowledgeable and professional at all times. However it most important to be compassionate understanding and having the skills to take control and handle every aspect of the sale with dealing with the buyer (which wasn't easy).
