Jeff promptly got back to me and small world my Dad was very good friends with his Grandfather when the family owned the Onset Cash Market. I actually distinctly remember his Grandfather - good people! My Dad really knew Jeff's Grandfather well. And I was good friends with Mary Pulanski who married Jack's brother I believe? Mary passed away some years ago!Any case I am someone clean - immaculate you could eat off the floor! Have impeccable references including my current landlord. And have another Landlord reference as well where I lived for 11 years. I have improved the street where I currently am with having folks in the Community planting flowers as I am a big gardner and also plant veggies every year! I am now retired almost 2 years and took an early retirement. My 90 year old Mother lives in Wareham and I need to be closer and more accessible to her. I am extremely independent and have had a huge career - Boston NYC and overseas and was also invited 6 years ago to be on Chronicle which I did do on Channel 5. When it comes to keeping places a mess or not being "respectful" of anyone's property I have no patience for that and am very particular.
