Jack Conway recently honored its top agents at the 2022 Mid Year Awards Breakfast on Wednesday, July 13. Held at Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood, time was taken to acknowledge the company’s top listers and sellers from January through June with an awards celebration.
A full room of Jack Conway agents gathered for the ceremony. The event opened with a speech from President Al Becker, where he welcomed everyone and congratulated the agents on their success in 2022 so far. The guest speaker at the awards was NewRez division leader Tonya Strobel.
Chief Financial Officer Kaitlin Clifford gave a speech about her grandfather and the company’s founder, Jack Conway. She spoke about what motivated him to start the company, and how those in Conway Country are helping to build on the strong foundation Jack set in place.
“We are so grateful to have a talented group of agents, managers and staff to build upon the foundation he set. To represent a company that is more than just a sum of transactions, rather a community dedicated the their clients and each other.”
The awards for the 6-month top performers were then given out to the winners. Among the top performers, awards for the companywide Top Agents and Top Team were also given out. For the Mid-Year Companywide Top Agents— Corie Nagle of the Scituate office was Tops in Sales and Volume, and Julie Johnson of the Mattapoisett office was Tops in Listings. The Bulman Group won the award for Companywide Top Team with Tops in Sales, Listings, and Volume.
Aside from the sales awards, there were also awards that honor the company’s core values of resilience, drive, kindness, community, and honesty.
