1. Our pre-licensing courses will train you in only five weeks. Conway Real Estate School is authorized by the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons.
2. We offer two ways to learn: in-person or via Zoom. Tuition for the 40-hour in-person course is $300 + processing fee. Choose the method that best suits your schedule and learning style.
3. Our real estate professionals will teach you all you need to know to pass the state licensing exam. If you dont pass the exam on your first attempt, Conway students may retake the course for review at no charge within 2 years of graduation.
4. Although taking the pre-licensing course with Conway does not obligate you to join the company, you’ll have the opportunity to receive career advice from our sales managers and learn more about the process of becoming a real estate salesperson.
5. If you do join our company, you can continue your training at the Conway College of Real Estate Knowledge. New associates at Jack Conway get a head start on their professional real estate careers by attending the Conway College of Real Estate Knowledge (CCRK). This an intensive program is designed to enable you to list and sell real estate in a well-trained, highly professional manner. The course is offered on an ongoing basis throughout the year only to members of Jack Conway.
