Tom Melanson

Hello and welcome to our Jack Conway website. My name is Tom Melanson and I work as a listing and selling team with my colleague Vicki Infusino in the Norwell office. Our clients get two highly knowledgeable Real Estate Agents for the “price” of one, as well as the expertise that comes with our combined 30 years of experience in the real estate field.  

I left my longtime post as a vice-president in the corporate world to join Conway’s Commercial division in 2003. however, as a second generation Real Estate Agent (my father owned a realty firm in Weymouth for many years), I was destined to enter the field of home sales, which I truly believe was in my blood. I was soon appointed manager of Conway’s Weymouth office, a post I held for nine years. I am alkso a Certified Relocation Specialist, trained to meet the needs of Buyers or Sellers moving to or from the greater Boston area.

Born and raised in Weymouth, I am a longtime Braintree resident where I was very active as a youth sports coach when my children – Melissa and Matthew – were young. These days I simply coach my wife Terri at her golf game.

I met Vicki, a highly experienced South Shore Agent, when she joined my Conway-Weymouth office in 2007, and we decided to pool our talents and work together. As your Conway-Norwell team, we promise 100 percent availability to you throughout your transaction. If one of us can’t be there, the other can. Whether it’s just to answer a question, attend a home inspection, accompany a showing, or run an open house, we promise you prompt service, rapid response and constant communication from your personal Conway team.

If you’re buying a home, we will pre-approve you for a mortgage, help you determine which houses meet your needs and wants and then show you any and all listings you would like to tour. We will help you negotiate your best offer and be at your side every step of the way until we hand you the keys to your new home.

If you’re selling a house, we will conduct a thorough market analysis comparing similar properties in your area that have recent sold or are currently on the market. Working together, we will take photos of your home inside and out, host open houses, and advertise it in print and on-line from the day it is listed until the day it is sold. Vicki and I will use all of the extensive tools available to us as Conway Agents to ensure that your home sells for the best price and the best terms in the shortest amount of time.
