Jack Conway & Company's Real Estate Referral Registry consists of a group of licensed real estate sales persons and/or brokers who are not actively practicing real estate.
By joining the Registry, you can earn sizable fees for simply referring homebuyers and sellers to the 'Conway Country' sales force. You don't need to worry about REALTOR® fees, rigid work schedules or office red tape.
Why? Money. Pure and simple. In 2006, the average fee paid to a Referral Registry associate was $1,312.50 based on an average selling price of $350,000.
The only requirements are you have to have a current real estate license (whether active or inactive) and you cannot actively be associated with any other real estate company.
